Dr. Sheria D. Rowe is a multifaceted educator, consultant, author, and entrepreneur from Fayetteville, North Carolina. With over 13 years of experience in higher education—including ten years in academic leadership—Dr. Rowe now specializes in consulting for business schools, helping institutions innovate, strategize, and excel.

A former Dean and Tenured Associate Professor in the School of Business at her alma mater in Raleigh, Dr. Rowe’s academic journey is complemented by a decade of corporate accounting experience. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, a Master’s in Information Science, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Management.

Beyond higher education, Dr. Rowe is a dynamic entrepreneur and co-owner of several ventures:
