Dr. Sheria D. Rowe is a multifaceted educator, author, and entrepreneur from Fayetteville, North Carolina. With over 12 years of higher education experience, including 6 years in academic leadership, she serves as Dean and Tenured Associate Professor in the School of Business at her alma mater, in Raleigh.

Dr. Rowe's diverse background includes 10 years of corporate accounting experience, complementing her academic journey. She holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, a Master's in Information Science, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Management.

As a certified entrepreneurial mindset facilitator with emerging leadership certification from Truist Leadership Academy, Dr. Rowe infuses her courses with real-world insights. Her consulting work spans business development, strategic planning, and human resource policies, including business program reviews for various companies and higher education institutions.

Dr. Rowe is also an accomplished author, penning the "White Collar, Black Pumps" series, with the second volume released in March 2018 and the final volume released in 2020.

Committed to community service, she actively volunteers for organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Breast Cancer Foundation, and Go Red for Women. Dr. Rowe remains dedicated to empowering women in business through her involvement in multiple organizations and boards.
